Fast forward 25 years, and I've crafted the finest recipes for my two children, Jade, who is 10, and my energetic daughter, Ynez, who is 6. Throughout my culinary career, I've had the privilege of cooking for a diverse range of individuals, from the elite and famous to down-to-earth people I'm grateful to have met.
